Our land buying criteria
At First Strata we respond to all the land particulars that we receive.
Our buying criteria varies, we would be glad to look at any particulars
you feel may be of interest.
We are specifically interested in receiving details on the following:
• Land in excess of an acre that is abutting development boundaries,
without planning permission
• Agricultural land near to a sustainable settlement with good
road frontage
• Land abutting or near to dense development with low value buildings
(agricultural or other), without planning permission
• Farms up to 1500 acres in size in SE, Mids or NW
Although the majority of our land acquisition transactions are simple outright
purchases of greenfield
or green-belt land without planning consent, we are also keen to receive
details on:
• Land with strategic medium term development potential
• Land with outline or detail planning consent for 3 or more units
• Low value brown-field or contaminated land with relatively long-term
development potential
• Freehold retail opportunities with ground floor space of over 1000
sq ft
